Once you complete your program, you have the option to renew if desired

Personal training plus macro/nutrition coaching

I will design your individual work outs and your calorie/macro intake and adjust each as needed weekly to help you reach your goals

You don't need to join a gym; we can use equipment that is available to you

We'll talk about what kind of physical fitness goals you have for yourself, what kind of exercises you enjoy and would like to incorporate, and design a custom work-out plan for you
-
I'll discuss nutrition and macros with you and help you understand what they are and their importance in your fitness journey. I will plan out and design your macros based upon your personal nutrition goals

We'll also discuss lifestyle, rest, and recovery as pertinent to you
-
We will do 1:1 30 minute video check-ins weekly to see how you are progressing and make adjustments at that time

You have access to me throughout the week for advice

On-going exercise/nutrition/fitness discussions as pertinent to you

I'll send you my grocery shopping guide plus an introduction to macros, flexible dieting, and a sample daily meal idea

Shared (free) apps to track progress

One-time work-out plan

This option is for someone who is not a complete beginner to working out or exercise (you have done basic exercises before)

This option would be helpful for someone who feels stuck in their current workouts or isn't seeing the progress they had hoped for

This plan would work for someone who isn't sure how to design or progress their work-outs appropriately

I'll design a 14-week plan for you based upon:
-Your personal fitness goals
-What equipment is available to you
-What type of exercise you enjoy

I'll give you guidance on how to progress with each movement
