12 week 1:1 online personal training and nutrition coaching
(Clients may continue on for additional 12 week cycles as they choose)

I teach busy people how to lose fat, gain energy, and stay consistent for life via the 4 pillars of health (nutrition, movement, rest/recovery, social well being)
