1. Start Small

You don’t need a full overhaul. Add one healthy habit at a time — small steps create big change


2. Prep Ahead

  • Cook double portions for leftovers

  • Pack lunches the night before

  • Keep easy, healthy snacks handy (nuts, fruit, yogurt)


3. Make Movement Fit Your Life

  • 10-min walk on breaks

  • Play active games with your kids

  • Quick home workouts before they wake up or after bedtime


4. Protect Your Sleep

A rested parent = more patience, energy, and focus. Aim for at least 7 hours — it’s part of your health routine too!


5. Give Yourself Grace

Some days won’t go perfectly — and that’s okay. Consistency matters more than perfection.


Remember: You can’t pour from an empty cup. Caring for yourself is caring for your family
