How to Start a Healthy Lifestyle

(Small steps = big changes)
The following are the habits I would start to adapt and change to improve overall quality of life -->
1. Start Small
Don’t overhaul everything overnight. Pick 1–2 habits to focus on first
2. Add More Whole Foods
Think fruits, veggies, lean proteins, whole grains, healthy fats. More color = more nutrients
3. Move Daily
Aim for 20–30 minutes of movement most days. Walking counts!
4. Hydrate Well
Swap sugary drinks for water. Your energy, skin, and digestion will thank you
5. Prioritize Sleep
Aim for 7–9 hours. Recovery is where the magic happens
6. Manage Stress
Try deep breathing, yoga, journaling, or simply unplugging
Remember:
Consistency beats perfection!
Start small, build momentum, and your healthy lifestyle will grow naturally
