Many say consistency is key, and that is fair, but honestly, having a plan is SO important and cannot be overlooked. Staying ahead of the game means being able to better deal with obstacles when they show up.


Meal planning, work out planning, having a prepared list when you grocery shop, checking out a restaurant's menu before going...all of it requires some leg work, but in the end, it's what separates success from failure.
