Real Quick...How to be a true badass

  1. Do hard things


    Consistently do things that most people don't. Workout. Read. Learn. Cook your own meals. Get up early. Don't take the easy way out or make lame excuses. Yeah, you're tired, but so what? Get that shit done. 


  2. Control your reactions


Some people will try to control you by looking for you to react in a particular way. Don't give them the satisfaction. Don't lose your cool. Smile when they expect you to get angry. Speak softly, yet firm. You are in control. Not them. 



3. Do what you say


Don't be a flake. Don't tell people one thing and then do another. Do exactly as you say. Be reliable. 



4. Offer ideas instead of complaints


Even if you're angry about a situation, offer a solution to the problem instead of complaining about it. Be a leader and step up to make a positive change when needed.




You're not in middle school anymore. Other people's opinion of you should matter very little. Don't let them take up any space in your head.
