Carbs help regulate serotonin — the “feel-good” chemical. Skipping them can leave you foggy, tired, or cranky


4. Not All Carbs Are Created Equal

Focus on:

  • Fruits & veggies 🍎

  • Whole grains 🌾

  • Beans & lentils 🫘

  • Starchy veggies like potatoes 🥔


5. Balance is Key

Carbs + protein + fat = stable energy and better results. No food group should be the enemy!
