Unfortunately, there is no true hack or quick fix for health and fitness. You have to put in the work if you want to make meaningful and sustainable change. That work can look like taking extra time to plan out your workouts or meals. Looking up the calories in the foods you are eating. Eating out less often. Turning off the TV and phone and getting up and moving. Going to bed earlier. Once you realize this and start being consistent, you'll wonder why you waited so long.
(I think I am going to start doing more post like this. Short, sweet, simple)
